Hi Ralf,
If you look at the Association node for default.set, you will see that
it has many associations, but this does not make it the global set file;
wineyes.ini holds all the global settings; default.set can store program
settings, as any other program-specific set file can. With this in mind,
as I see it, the program-specific settings in default.set only take
effect when any of the associated programs are active. Correct me if
I'm wrong here.

I am not sure that the global settings are in the default set file, if I
remember correctly they are in another file -- the default set file is
what you get on a program that has not specified a set file.

OK suppose I'm working on Thunderbird, thus when I access the
WindowEyes Control panel, it comes up and says Thunderbird set file; Ok
if I want to make the change globally, is there a way to get to the
Default set file, rather than doing the Alt to file, Opening and
selecting Default? In jaws, you know how you can do Alt+Shift+d to get
to the Default file? OK does WindowEyes have some kind of similar quick
command to get to the Default set file?
