Hi Josh,
You need to open an account with Paypal.
You need to give them a checking account number and bank routing info,
and a credit card info, which they will use in the event that your check
bounces.
They will send and receive a few cents to setup the account.
I have been using Paypal for over 15 years and I highly recommend them.
Their website is very blind friendly.
I use them to make purchases. I also send money to family and friends
at no cost to either party.
