I am really hoping that they fix accessibility sooner rather than later. I am
kind of stuck. My Ninite installer that still includes the Flash updaters also
has Malwarebytes, so, even if I manage to go back to the previous version, I
will be stuck with the really annoying and clumsy Flash update system from
Adobe themselves. Of course if Adobe would get off their high horse and allow
Ninite to put Flash back on the list of available updaters, I could then just
make a new installer without Malwarebytes. For now, I am just getting sighted
help to run a Malwarebytes scan each week.

Regards,

chris

Subject: Going back to older version of Malware bytes

This must be done with an older version of Malware bytes. You must have the
executable of version 1.7.5.

Hello and welcome to the Malwarebytes product support. Thank you for choosing
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware as your anti-malware security solution, my name is
Fernando
Gil and I'll be assisting you today.
As you may know, Malwarebytes 2.0 does not currently feature the options as
version
1.75 for the visually impaired however our development team is working on adding
that in a future release.
To disable the notifications for upgrading Malwarebytes simply go to the
Settings
tab and click on the Updater Settings
There you will need to uncheck the boxes next to the following options:
"Download and install program update if available."
"Notify me when a program update is ready for installation."
Restart Malwarebytes.
Please let me know if this helps you.
Best Regards,
Fernando
