This must be done with an older version of Malware bytes. You must have the executable of version 1.7.5.

As you may know, Malwarebytes 2.0 does not currently feature the options as version 1.75 for the visually impaired however our development team is working on adding that in a future release. To disable the notifications for upgrading Malwarebytes simply go to the Settings tab and click on the Updater Settings There you will need to uncheck the boxes next to the following options: "Download and install program update if available."
