Hi Chris & Duyahn,

Below is a download link for a 1.75 version of Malware Bytes:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/2471715/mbam-setup-1.51.2.1300.zip

After you get it installed do the following so only the definitions of the
version will get installed but, the program won't update.

1. Press enter on Malware Bytes in the system tray & arrow to, start
scanner, & press enter.
2. With Malwarebytes open, tab until you land on the Exit button.
3. Press the up arrow key once, which will place you on the tabs that
contains Scanner, Protection, Update, etc.
4. Hold down the Ctrl key and right arrow to the, Settings, tab.
5. On the Settings tab, tab 1 time & you'll be on the, General tab but, do
not tab right here. You want to press, control + right arrow, to the,
Updater Settings Tab. Now on the, Updater Settings Tab, tab 1 time to,
Download and install
program update if available, & uncheck this box. Tab 1 more time to, Notify
me when a program update is ready for installation, & uncheck this box as
well.
6. Now tab to, Exit, & press enter.

Take care.
Mike

I am really hoping that they fix accessibility sooner rather than later. I
am kind of stuck. My Ninite installer that still includes the Flash updaters
also has Malwarebytes, so, even if I manage to go back to the previous
version, I will be stuck with the really annoying and clumsy Flash update
system from Adobe themselves. Of course if Adobe would get off their high
horse and allow Ninite to put Flash back on the list of available updaters,
I could then just make a new installer without Malwarebytes. For now, I am
just getting sighted help to run a Malwarebytes scan each week.

Regards,

chris

This must be done with an older version of Malware bytes. You must have the
executable of version 1.7.5.

Hello and welcome to the Malwarebytes product support. Thank you for
choosing
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware as your anti-malware security solution, my name is
Fernando
Gil and I'll be assisting you today.
As you may know, Malwarebytes 2.0 does not currently feature the options as
version
1.75 for the visually impaired however our development team is working on
adding
that in a future release.
To disable the notifications for upgrading Malwarebytes simply go to the
Settings
tab and click on the Updater Settings
There you will need to uncheck the boxes next to the following options:
"Download and install program update if available."
"Notify me when a program update is ready for installation."
Restart Malwarebytes.
Please let me know if this helps you.
Best Regards,
Fernando
