Hi Morne.

 

CTRL+SHIFT changes your keyboard layout for different languages.  For
example, if you have a French keyboard layout, CTRL+SHIFT by themselves will
switch to this keyboard, where you can enter accented letters.  If you only
have two language keyboards defined, pressing CTRL+SHIFT again will switch
you back to the keyboard you were using.
