Hi.

 

You have to keep hitting CTRL+SHIFT to get to the keyboard you want.
Window-Eyes doesn't tell you what keyboard you're using.  I wish it did.
I've used JAWS with this feature, and it reported the keyboard that was
being used, so it can be done.
