no, I think they were trying to describe what was actually going on. Fs could not sue them for the use of the name script. That is silly. Programs all over the place use the word script. Shell script, for example. Scripts are not stand alone programs. Window-eyes has a number of games and other utility's that do not interact with other programs in any way. An app is a small program built using a tool kit that is made from a full-fledged programing language or a scripting language. I mean would you call a program I wrote with c++ using the window-eyes object model a script? No it would be a program this is quite possible. As I think I have shown the name is more descriptive of what is going on.
