I just had windows explorer crash on me again, no window eyes speech out put no keyboard action either so there is nothing that can be done with the keyboard. the only thing that works is the phicial mouse which a sighted person needs to use to get things working again, so please help/advise what i can do to get this to work i am getting very anoyed with window eyes crashing windows explorer, neither jaws, or nvda do this. aisquared what is happening please fix this screw up for the users of window eyes.

If you have keyboard activity you should be able to hit control-alt-q to
run the diagnostics.  You might want to start nvda if you need speech.
After that is done, just do control-alt-w to restart Window-eyes.
