there is no keyboard action, nothing in the event logs either so again,
there is no keyboard action nothing works this is getting to be a very
anoying problem with things happening like this.
I sure could use some answers as to what is going on with this windows
explorer crashing like this, I have no doubts that it is window eyes
crashing windows explorer but what i want to know is how to fix it!

Sometimes you can get the keyboard to work by doing control-alt-delete
and then hit escape and then see if you can restart WE. If that fails,
reboot and check your event logs to see why the crash happened.

If you have keyboard activity you should be able to hit control-alt-q to
run the diagnostics. You might want to start nvda if you need speech.
After that is done, just do control-alt-w to restart Window-eyes.

All windows updates, and driver updates i am using windows 7 pro 64
bit with 4 gigs of ddr3 ram a 3.2 ghz processor.
Was told to get a screen shot/ window eyes diagnostics when it happens.
Now all i need, is someone to tell me how to do that, when i have to
restart in order to get windows explorer to work!
I do not think it is my computer because i do not have this problem
when using either nvda or jaws at their current versions.
This did not happen with window eyes 8.4.
I am getting very very very annoyed!
