I did that. All I got out of it was that when the scheduler got restored, it altered all the dates and times of my appointments. actually, there are a lot of things which need fixing on these units. I am going to get on to the company and talk to them about it. I have found problems in auto back up and restore, the address manager, the scheduler, and also the way it pronounces numbers in certain circumstances. any way, mine has to go back because the wireless has stopped working, I'm fairly sure it is a hardware problem. I am lead to believe that they are bringing out a new firmware upgrade soon, not that it will help much as mine has to be returned.
