Hi, short answer is, because that's the way it is and one has to follow
the rules set forth by the Braille Authority. Since Duxbury does this
and since the Sense notetakers use Duxbury for the translation, this is why.
To answer specifically your number 2 question, it is not appropriate to
use the word enough via the en-sign when it ends a sentence because you
then have dropped e followed by dropped a or dropped d and this is just
not correct grade II translation. So what you need to do is spell the
word enough as en-sign, ou-sign, gh-sign period or comma.
