Antonio: The last name is, for example, "American Printing House for the Blind". Just put the entry in manually or with Enter-I from an email and then go back into the addressbook and modify as you wish.

How do I create an entry for George, and Emily, if I don't yet know their last name? My suggestion is to let users make and save entries with either a first name, a last name, or both. It is increasingly more common to call your business associates by their first name, anyway.
