You can use the company name field, so for american printing house simply skip last and first name and put it into company name. How do I create an entry for George, and Emily, if I don't yet know their last name? My suggestion is to let users make and save entries with either a first name, a last name, or both. It is increasingly more common to call your business associates by their first name, anyway.
