Hello. One thing to keep in mind is to never press the f1 key after
pressing the copy enter-c command. If you press f1 to reach the program
list and enter on the file manager to reach your new location, the copy
will not work.
Many thanks.

Hi Peter,
After you press enter c to copy the file, press the backspace key to back
out of the list of files and folders. Repeat the backspace until you get to
the list of disks. Arrow to the compact flash card and press enter. If
desired, arrow to the desired folder and press enter. Now press enter v to
paste the file. HTH

Hi Tessa.
Thanks for your advice.
My VS has recognised the c f card.
However, say I have an ASCII file on my c f card and I want to
copy it to an s d card, I only get offerred the s c card as a
place to save it, is it possible to select a folder on the s d
card on to which I want it saved?
If so, how?
Best!
Peter.

When my bs+ didn't show my CF card I fixed it by pulling out the
card while
the machine was on then putting it back in, the machine should
say storage
device inserted and it should show the CF card then, might have
to do it a
couple times. I'd assume you'd just use copy to send the file as
you would
if you wanted to copy it anywhere else on the machine, or cut if
you want to
remove it from one card and carry it to the other.

I'm wanting to send a text file from an s d card to a c f card
using a VS running 1,3.
The VS doesn't seem to offer me the CF card! Just the flash disk.
How do I get it to offer me the c f card?
How do I choose whereabouts on the c f card I want to send the
file?
Peter.
