If I understand your question correctly, if you're in the e-mail program and need to get to your address book and it's not open, you can press the F1 key to go to File Manager. Then move down to Address Manager and press Enter. When you're done in the address manager, you simply press F2 and F3 together and you would see something like Task Name: followed by e-mail and you would press Enter. Hope this helps. Michael
