Hi Joe Personally I find the manual hard going. I'm not particularly technical and have to read segments repeatedly to understand what's being said and it appears to me that the manual was written by someone for whom english is a second language which also adds to the confusion as there are places where the wording is unclear or not propper usage. None the less yes one should definitely look at the manual. Tessa

However, if the email address you want is in the addressbook, when in an address field of a message hitting Enter and L together puts you in the address manager where you can type in a name and when you hear the correct name, just hit Enter again and you'll have the correct address in the field.
