Shannon: (1) While in a program, if you press F1, you'll be back at the programs (main) menu and : then execute another program. You switch between running programs by pressing F2 and F3 at the same time. Incidentally, this is all in the manual. I realize I'm spitting into the wind but I STRONGLY URGE EVERYONE TO READ THE ENTIRE MANUAL BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS; there's nothing wrong with asking questions but you'll be surprised what you can learn by reading the manual. It's available on the GW Micro website.
(2) There is no way to set up autocompletion of addresses. However, if the email address you want is in the addressbook, when in an address field of a message hitting Enter and L together puts you in the address manager where you can type in a name and when you hear the correct name, just hit Enter again and you'll have the correct address in the field. ((3) You'll have to subscribe from the second email address.
