Perhaps try copying the files rather than folders containing files? You can also of course connect the bs to your pc with the cable and copy the folders and files that way. And you could try copying those folders from the pc to the flash card while it's in the bs+ see if that works. I definitely like the compact flash cards better then the sd cards, though I do like the spring mechanism that pushes the card out at you when you press on the sd cards whereas sometimes the compact flash can be a little challenging to get at. I leave my cf card in the bs+ pretty much all the time, not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing, but I definitely use them a lot and would be unhappy if the hardware was redesigned so as not to make use of them.
