To my knowledge, yes. The SMA is for repairs or annual service. $500
is a bit much, and I wish they had an "installment plan!" Smile1

Subject: [GWN] SMA

Hello all,

I have an elementary question of the SMA one can purchase for the
Braille Sense Plus. The type of SMA I am used to is literally of the
software variety, but if upgrades are currently free, does this version
of SMA refer to parts and labor should the unit break down? Thanks for
any clarification.
