I get the same thing with the VS, and I am in the United States.
I got the same thing when I tried last weekend as well, as the VS
just does nothing at all when I press enter on the upgrade
online. Well, if I wait long enough, as I think I did once or
twice, I might get speech back, but I usually just do a reset
after waiting three or four minutes.
