Hi, Well, what version of Sense firmware do you have? If you have 5.0 or higher, you cannot perform Internet-based upgrades anymore. Even Korean users were confused about this one. According to the upgrade instructions for versions after 5.0, HIMS says to download and perform the storage card based upgrade - that is, with a specified firmware files.--Source: HIMS Announcement and upgrade instructions on firmware 5.2, retrieved August 2009. This is mostly due to the newer Windows CE operating system under firmware 5.0 and higher, according to HIMS bulletin.--Source: HIMS bulletin post on unavailability of online upgrades, retrieved October 2009. As for the upgrades, Korean users have up to 5.31 (mostly fixes to 5.2 release).
