Hello Joseph. Actually WPA2 personal is supported. I'm not sure if I perhaps misunderstood your message. However I have a Linksys router running DD-WRT and am using WPA 2 personal with a key and my Voice Sense, Braille Sense, and Braille Sense Plus all connect to it just fine along with my laptop and my Nokia phone. Perhaps you are referring to the AES encryption, and if so, you are correct. However if one is setting up a router with WPA2 encryption, as long as it uses TKIP for the encryption, the Sense notetakers will connect to it just fine.
