Hello, What you are experiencing with your e-mail is because messages you previously downloaded are not being removed from the server.
This can be readily fixed in the e-mail options. I can't recall exactly where this is found but it's in the e-mail program either in "messages, tools or maybe there's an "options" group. Even though I can't tell you for sure where it is, when I need this setting, I probe around and always find it. I bet you will also find it. I wish I could have been more dxact, but I've set you on the right road.
