Steve, I am also getting the are you sure prompt when deleting a line. My understanding of using backspace enter c is so you don't have to worry about hitting chord or f keys and having them mess up your document. That being said I wonder why enter and space were included in the list, after all when typing one uses the space every 4 or 5 characters on average, and the enter key is also required for paragraphing. I see that if you wait a bit you can then press the enter key and get a new line, but that does kind of detract from the use of this feature.
I don't know about anyone else but also now when I check the time I have to use enter to return to my previus work, before I just used the space key which was particularly handy, just something knew to adjust to I guess. When deleting a line with backspace C I'm still getting the "are you sure" prompt and I understand the prompt was removed in the 5.5 version 2. What is the purpose of backspace enter letter C when typing quickly other than being silent when you are typing? If you wish to unsubscribe from this list, visit: http://www.gwmicro.com/listserv
