You know, that can sometimes be kind of a hard call, though, meaning when someone who hasn't actually used a Sense product, should choose to participate in giving advice on the list. For, in lots of cases, the answers can indeed be found in the manual; and, too, who knows, some of the folks could potentially be Sense note taker users one day. Guess I'm just saying that, if a non user is careful and qualifies their suggestions, I'm not quite as readily upset by their posting of info/responses.
