Steve, when you do Ctrl W, press Enter twice. When you do that,
you'll see how many addresses you have. Arrow down to the "first
name" field prompt, and write your name in. Most people don't
set up the address book like I do, but I have the first and last
name in the last name field, so I can enter it either way.

I'm doing a control W to write a new email, I type in the first
name, I mash
control L and there's no downarrow response available. If I put
in last name
and mash control L there is no problem. What am I doing wrong?
Thx
Steve

How do you change from say, searching for last name to first

searching for a specific email address while in the VS address
book?
