Hi Katie: When your student see the file to copy, she can press F 2, then the letter C. Press Backspace, and go to the Flash Drive. When you see the correct folder, press Enter. Press V with Enter, and it will copy. Since you're just copying, that file will still also be on the USB drive. Should you want to move, rather than copy, instead of pressing C, it would be X. That would move the file from the USB drive.
