Perhaps the simplest way is as follows. Install the Script Manager package. Press Control-Shift-F10 to invoke the Script Manager dialog. Press Alt-G to ensure that global scripts are being displayed. Press Alt-A to load a new script and enter ScriptTemplate.vbs.
