Hi Jamal,
I tried using the following hotkey to access the links dialogue
Alt-Insert-Tab but it doesn't work thanks in advance if there is
anyway that I can help let me know.

Hi Corey,
Homer Layout prioritizes JAWS keyboard assignments, while seeking to
incorporate unique Window-Eyesfeatures with other hotkeys.
In JAWS, Insert-Tab says the name and text of the current
control. In Window-Eyes, the closest equivalent is speak
summary. For the page navigation feature of Window-Eyes, try
Alt-Insert-Tab.
