Chip, By any chance, are you attempting to update from a Vista machine?
I have noticed a difference from XP and Vista when updating a script. With XP, you just fill out the form, and when you get to the place to type in the package .wepm file name you just type it in. With vista, you have to press enter, and then you can type in the .wepm package name. I don't know if this helps, but it caused me some trouble until I figured it out.
