There is no way to know for sure. Just because I'm a braille only user doesn't mean there is no speech being generated. Maybe they don't have speakers, maybe the speakers are turned down, maybe the sound is coming out fine but can't be heard, maybe they have the synth set to none or just disabled. Bottom line, there is no way to know for sure. Can you tell me why you would need to know this?
