Hi Jeff, I think the term you're wanting to ask about is "active scripting", and is discussed at this wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Active_Scripting It's hard to find an answer about PowerShell, but I don't think it is. here's a wiki for it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_PowerShell They do seem to say it's possible for an application to host it though; so you could always make a pitch to GW if you'd like them to include it as a hosted language. For that matter though, they also say it's possible for an application to host VBA, and even a scripting language derived from .net languages called VSA (so GW, how about it guys???) Chip hth, Chip
