Hi Jeff,
I did not get to it today I had pressing issues that Chip is aware of.
I can write the play feature but could not hook it into WE for now because
I can not load version 7 on this computer without slamming it to a halt since I
only have 254 meg ram and 18 gig hard drive on this antique.
So, will do at least half and go from there.
Sorry, Bruce

That would be great.
Right now, what I have is a script that will play .wav files which are in a
subfolder of the main script directory.
Thanks

Hi Jeff,
I could write a script and compile it for use using Python for you. This is
the only way to have something you can use unless someone already has something
to use.
As I discovered inside the default directory and I attempted to have the
compiled recording feature to my Cuckoo Clock, apparently some of the script
used the Tool Kit does not like and gives a warning from what I was told. So, I
placed that record inside a folder when the app was first run and eliminated
the warning issue.
So, I might write one and see if you can use it. This would allow at least
more than one format you can run. The .ogg and such.
Sincerely
Bruce

Subject: PlaySound
When using PlaySound in a script, is there a way to pause and resume playing a
sound?
I know I can use PlaySound with an empty string to stop the sound, but I would
like to pause the sound and then resume at the same place.
Thanks
