This version does not have the alert yet, will be done tonight.
this version fixes list gaps and where empty or control Chars are the gap
is cleaned up and link info inserted if no display.
I did this today for those who want to search for Oscar stuff in CNN Head
Line News or Fox News.
Almost all links now have link information. Probably all of them but did
not scan down 200 to 300 links to find out missing ones.
