For those who have downloaded Breaking News then load Fox news and
Place it in Ascending mode using, Alt- V then the letter A key strokes
then search down for Amazing Rocket using just the 2 letters am
then use the Alt - End hotkey to load the story.

the company has the go-ahead to launch on Sunday. The launch
will be at 4:41 a.m. ET - and will be streamed live at FoxNews.com.
Soon I will have a page break-out to find news better, now I just search
for parts of the title, such as Amazing Rocket then move 2 words at a time one
word at a time in hopes that page has at least 2 words in sequence.
But,
Some pages only have video links and such, so if the title of the link does
not have video in it the link itself may have if they, the web site, uses that
key word as a folder name.
Many upgrades to go, including the actual listing of web sites for the
alerts.

Subject: Breaking News 1.6
Hi!
Breaking News 1.6 has been uploaded and added the ability to sort the list
ascending, descending and back to original unsort.
I added the sort to have the ability for those with older versions of
Windoweyes to use it for the sort option in the XML file would require version
7.5 or later in windoweyes.
so this still can run on windoweyes 7.1
The edit hotkeys were also changed and Alt J is now Alt K for getting the
line number you are on.
In the future will add the page up and down to move faster through the editbox
and a search feature.
The last posting is also included in this fix along with the help for the
editbox reflects the hotkeys added.
There will come a time that the text wanted will be found and viewed when
reading the text. There are some text which get displayed when in a gallery
view and such and those will eventually be displayed but those tags are removed
or skipped and ignored.

I fixed this complaint after sending it and it will be in my next posting.
Dennis has pointed out the issue of navigation tags before the news. I will
work around that by marking that location when making the edit box/text file
page.

Hi,
I forgot to put an explanation for the Alt-S and Alt-W hotkeys for the
editbox dialog, but,
Dennis has been having problem getting the text after using the Alt-End key
hotkey to view just the text of the page.
He seems to have no text in the edit box. I discovered one very strange
thing happening when in or loading Outlook Express than doing the shift-ctrl-Z
hotkey to activate Breaking News.
I need to know if you or anyone running the app has had the same problem?
I have not investigated yet but it would seem that variables are not being
erased when the dialog is closed and reopened. That should not be happing but
it is.
So need feed back on that.

Hi!
In a few minutes I will release Breaking News 1.5, I just have to add the
editbox F1 help to allow reading of the edit box hotkeys.
In the older version the bold tags showed up in text and had not purged it,
so it is gone now but I am sure there is a tag or so that will still show up
when used.
I also fixed the Line Wrap feature so lines are reduced to a cut off point
of 60 chars. The line wrap was not working in all cases before, now it is. I
may add a choice or line length in the future.
The most important change is added editbox controls
When in the edit box and viewing a text page you can replace some of the
text, find out the line you are on, location within that line and the line
length.
When replacing text it replaces the selected text with what you stored in the
clipboard.
You can also find out what is in the clipboard by the hotkey Alt-C, and the
selected text to replace using Alt-S
I am adding the features so in the future you may want to edit and save
that page and more controls will be added to it, including a search feature.
I am posting these changes so as to clear up some display issues. One Face
Book tag I will fix this afternoon for that is related to a blank tag issue and
may be skipping over it when deleting it thus causing erasing of more text then
just the tag.
so in a few minutes that version will be uploaded
