At 46 that store was open.. yippee... and we enjoyed refueling and a short break. We also stopped at 79 in Butner for a well needed stop and refueling. As planned we went slow up the hills and faster down the hills with a steady pace on the flats. I will call the average 17.6! way to go group. We stayed together on all the hills with the only exception of Range Road which is a long and steady climb where we got stretched out a little but regrouped at the stop sign. Along the way we even had some county line sprints and the winner always got to pull - thanks Ken. It was a great day to spend riding with good company and sights. Thanks for route Maria.
