Hi,
This time of year it is especially important to pay attention to the following:
Hydration - please bring and DRINK plenty of fluids.
Nutrition - have something to eat about 1 hour before riding - peanut
butter sandwich, oatmeal, etc..
Comfort - the temperature is going to vary significantly during each
ride. Wear layered clothing.
MEETING PLACE: Blue Jay Point
TIME: Sunday 4/18/10 @ 8:30 am
RIDE DISTANCE: 35-40 miles
Let's do the Rollingview Marina course this Sunday.
PACE: 14-16mph
