When I was last at the DOT office picking up our Adoptahighway info I casually asked the gal helping me, "who do we talk to with regard to potholes and particular roads that need repaving" and she replied, "well, me". According to her New Light was not on any immediate list other than sporadic repairs but I hope I'm wrong. I drive it daily and it's really bad.
