I have thought to myself, next time I am going to get the plate number and a better description of the vehicle/driver. But, when these incidents happen, you almost have no time to react and when you do it is to save yourself, let alone have a split sec to get the plate number and additional information. Of course, this is when riding alone or a very small group. Still, tough to do in a large group.
I am almost tempted to get a helmet cam and ride with it constantly. Anything that happens will be recorded and can be played back for the police to use as evidence.
