this could be the same car that Jim Woods had a similar incident with on
Raven Ridge a few months ago.  If I recall it correctly Jim had to jump off
his bike to prevent from getting  hit and then the motorist came back around
like he did last night.  Sounds like the same YAHOO.
The windows were tinted so I couldn't get a good like at him/her.
