Shane and all,

First of all, thank you for supporting the Gyros rides. As for who's rides they
are, Trek or Gyros, we are just a host location for start and finish. We
promote these rides because we are proud sponsor of the Gyros and want to see
the club be successful. As a shop, the Trek Store has requirements for rides
that leave from our store that are shared with the Gyros. Mechanicals do
happen from time to time, and letting others know that you are having one or
that you are new to the area/group is very important. The one thing that
impresses me most about the Gyros is how they watch out for one another.
Sometimes, however, things do get missed.

As for Gary from TLC Bikes, he is a great mechanic and we all do our best to
work together to make the cycling community better. The end goal for both of
us, TLC Bikes and Trek Raleigh, is for everyone to enjoy cycling and to meet
new friends who share a common interest and goal. We must remember we were all
beginners at some point in time.

Btw, we do have a flat tire class coming up here at the store and hope that
those who need it can come by. Please check our new google calendar for event
and clinics.

Safe riding to everyone.
