If anyone is able to identify the folks who apread the tacks, it would
be my pleasure to sue them for free for (a) the $50 or so in tubes and
CO2 expended by 4 of us and (b) a few thousand dollars in punitive
damages, and donate the proceeds of the lawsuit to the Gyros.  I'm not
happy to have missed the ride with a flat, but we're lucky that none
of us were blasting down Kemp at 35 miles an hour and did a Jens Voigt
face plant from a sudden flat.  I almost crashed on 98 when I made the
turn and realized my front tire was nearly flat when it almost came
off the rim.
