Tony, I am glad that you added these comments about the pace of your ride. You have a really good thing going with this ride, and, I am even going to bring the head of our group exercise program to one of them. She is very, very fit, and, you have never seen a better pair of legs, ever! I think that she has all the tools to be a great cyclist.
Anyway, I was a bit concerned about the pace last week. There were stretches where I felt as though we were on an A ride... I will most likely be doing the Trek ride. Have a good ride tonight... ---- Tony <[email protected]> wrote: > Guys, > > First of all, a reminder about tonight's ride: > > Tony's "Easy Rider" Training Ride > MEETING PLACE: Shady Grove Church (Corner of Carpenter Pond & Shady Grove > Roads) > (Directions: http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=3814664) > TIME: Thursday 7/8 @ 6pm > DISTANCE: 35 miles > ROUTE: http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=3838765 > PACE: 16-17mph - NO drop but you MUST be able to maintain the minimum pace. > > > Secondly, I want to set everyone's mind at ease about the pace of this ride. > I know that some of you were intimidated with the fact that so many A riders > joined the ride last week.
