Tony,

I am glad that you added these comments about the pace of your ride. You have a 
really good thing going with this ride, and, I am even going to bring the head 
of our group exercise program to one of them. She is very, very fit, and, you 
have never seen a better pair of legs, ever! I think that she has all the tools 
to be a great cyclist. 

Anyway, I was a bit concerned about the pace last week. There were stretches 
where I felt as though we were on an A ride...

I will most likely be doing the Trek ride.
