This is an excellent plan.  The B group has become very ability and
style diverse.  Your proposal is a great solution to keep the maximum
number of riders involved.  Thanks for all your efforts and planning.
Martha and I travel a lot so I'm not always around on Saturdays to
participate, but you can count on me to help out when I am in town.  I
could do one of two things: I could probably hang on to the B+ group
well enough to remind the group where the turns are located, or, if
you or Diana want to go with the 18-19 mph group some Saturdays, I can
also be happy riding with the 16-17 mph group and will be happy to
print out the que sheets and provide directions either way. Let me
know how I can help out.  I will be here this Saturday, but then we'll
be gone for the next two Saturdays.  Back again on the 25th of
September.

Thanks again for this creative solution to a challenging problem.
