As someone actively involved in several other cycling groups in the triangle, I am not personally affiliated with the Gyros (other than having done rides and having bought a few jerseys), but I think it is just being a good neighbor to keep up with what the other folks are doing.
I wish the gyros well, whatever they may be up to now that they have cut off contact with the 'outside world'.
