Adonis is wearing an 1910s hat with a huge brim and an explosion of feathers & flora. What a silly guy.
Euprosnia is nekkid as a jaybird, having just been stripped of a basic 1920s evening frock made from scraps! Im doing a "costume diet" this year. Must use only fabrics & trims that are currently lying around the house in boxes, closets & bins. No purchases of new stuff permitted. Finishing stuff I've already started and got bored of is also acceptable. Anyway, it's a fun challenge & given how much stuff I have here it really shouldnt be *that* challenging. Sorry no pics... I dont do pinterest. But I am on FB as Cyn D Rella if you'd like to say hey. --cin Cynthia Barnes [email protected] On Tue, Apr 23, 2019 at 4:31 PM michaela de bruce < [email protected]> wrote: > > > > Well, in that case: What's on your dressmaker's dummy today? > > --cin > > Giant hoops for my Marie Antoinette (1938) silver gown :) A friend was able > to cut the steel for me so finally I am able to work on it! > > Over that is some cotton bobbinette that is going to be the base for the > ruffled petticoat to reduce the harshness of the steels. > > _______________________________________________ h-costume mailing list [email protected] https://indra.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/h-costume
