I am proud to report that my sewing machine, which was purchased in 1972 by my husband's grandmother is still running with its original lightbulb. It had a short phase in November last year when it stopped working. As I didn't think I would find a replacement I had put a good lamp right next to my machine. A couple of days later the bulb was burning again and has ever since. To be fair, I have no idea on how often the machine was used before I got it... ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jayne Thomas" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, February 12, 2006 9:58 AM Subject: [h-cost] My (Record Breaking?!) Sewing Machine Lightbulb
