Thanks for your replyes regarding front closing of waistcoats. All the
waistcoats i have seen, wich are quite a few, has the buttonholes made
directly in the embroidery, this is why i didnt understood this Jefferson
waistcoat.
I would (believe me) have loved to make them this way, to protekt the
embroidery and to reveal all of it, but it is not period to do it!
