I don't know anyone who makes them, although something
similar can be built on with a plain ring.

I had one made for a customer in brass, a copy of one in the Museum of London. (I still have it, as he has not collected it.) If anyone wants photos, I examined a couple of dozen while doing research - I can scan them if I have e-mail addresses - they are almost all "skeletons" although they did have one with a velvet bag.
